If at any time you feel unsatisfied with an order, send us as email at email@example.com, and we will do absolutely whatever it takes to make sure that you are taken care of. If the product is damaged, does not arrive, or you receive the wrong item, we will work with you directly to ensure that everything is taken care of.
In the instance there is damage to your product, make sure you take pictures of the packaging and the item so that we can ensure appropriate action is taken, and that it does not happen again.
